“Firstly, I called a few different solicitors after having some pretty stressful issues with my employer. The majority got back to me, however their paralegals were simply emailing me asking for a time/date appointment with the actual solicitor. Not Marie, she called me herself and took 30 minutes to understand my situation before moving forward.
